Registration

The number of participants for this course is limited to 50 people on a first come, first served basis. The registration is only completed once the payment has been processed. Those who want to register after the course has been fully booked may enter a waiting list and will be informed when a place becomes available. The registration fee is 80 €. Registration will be open from the 1^st of February and the deadline is the 30^th of June 2016.

The fee includes:

• Participation in the course
• EMU volume
• Get together on Monday evening
• Social dinner
• Coffee breaks

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations received by 15^th July 2016 the registration fee will be completely refunded.
• For cancellations received between 16^th July 2016 and 19^th August 2016 60 € will be refunded.
• For cancellations after 19^th August 2016 no refunds will be available.
• All refunds will be issued after the school.
• Refunds must be submitted to the eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna congress@univie.ac.at.
